目前主要研究方向

      发展和建立各种前沿超快光谱技术,解析各类二维材料、纳米半导体光催化材料以及光合膜蛋白系统等多种光转换体系内的超快动力学过程,从微观上揭示光生载流子及激子的性质及传输机制,特别关注二维材料及光合系统中的电子-声子/振动相干耦合机理的解析,为提高其光能转化效率提供科学依据。

过去主要工作及所获成果

      长期致力于发展同时拥有高时间、空间、跨频域及能量分辨的超快光谱测量方法,并用其深入解析二维材料、光合系统等量子限域体系内的超快动力学行为及其微观物理机制。主要学术贡献包括有:发展精准测定原子级厚度二维半导体准粒子带隙的光学手段;自主研制飞秒显微宽谱红外技术,实现二维原子层间电荷转移中间体的捕捉,并揭示异质结电荷转移机理;发展跨频域超快光谱技术,实现二维晶格内非平衡态声子动力学的直接观测,并提出多种声子耦合介导的电子能量弛豫模型,等等。在国际/国内核心期刊上发表论文100余篇。
